FAQ's
What credit cards or other forms of payment do you accept?
At this time we are only accepting Visa and Master Card via phone and direct email orders.  Pay Pal orders allow you to use your credit card
(Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express) or electronic check transfer to make a purchase quickly and securely via the Internet.

What are your shipping policies?
Shipping information for the USA - All in stock items will be processed and shipped from our Pearland, TX Studio upon receipt of payment.  All
items on our web site are quoted with standard shipping and handling charges within the contiguous United States via of UPS, FedEX or USPS.
If needed, you may call us directly or send an email to request  a quote on Next Day, Second Day,Third Day or International deliveries.  We will
consult with you to determine the best shipping methods to meet your needs.

Will my piece look exactly like the picture?
As it is with all handmade items, there may be slight variations in color and measurements from the pictures shown. Variations in thickness,
height, diameter, lines in glass, and small bubbles (seeds) are not faults but the signature of a handmade art piece.

What do I do if my shipment is damaged?
If your shipment has visible damage, do not sign the delivery receipt until you make a visible inspection of the contents and indicate the
damage on the shipping receipt.  You will need to file a claim for damage directly with the carrier.  If your shipment has no visible damage, note
on the bill of lading or delivery receipt "Not checked for concealed damage".  

We make every effort to inspect, properly pack and ship your items to insure a safe delivery.  Legally we are not responsible for damage to
merchandise once it has left our studio however,  in the rare event a piece should be damaged while in transit, we will assist you if needed in
making a claim with the carrier.

What are your return policies?
If you are not pleased with your purchase, return it within 30 days of the original purchase for an exchange, replacement or refund.  Custom
orders are non-refundable.

How do I place a custom order?
If you see something on our site that you would like in a different color combination or are interested in having us create a piece, please call or
email your request so we can work out a quote.  Custom orders will require a materials deposit and are usually completed and shipped within
2-3 weeks depending on the size of the order.
